All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
Duplicate Purchase: If a customer accidentally purchases the same product more than once, a full refund for the duplicate order will be issued.
Technical Issues: If the product file is corrupted or non-functional and we fail to provide a working file within 48 hours, a refund will be considered.
To request a refund in the above cases, please email us at digitalsidedeo@gmail.com within 2 days of purchase, along with:
Your payment receipt or transaction ID.
A brief explanation of the issue.
We do not offer refunds for customer dissatisfaction due to wrong product selection or misunderstanding of the product content.
We encourage customers to read product descriptions and view all shared images before purchasing.
